Pavia and its province are our area. It is a territory that changes face within a few kilometres: the city with its enclosed courtyards, the Lomellina with its farmhouses, the Oltrepò with its vineyards. Three very different contexts for anyone who has to build a bar, which is why the first thing we ask is where.
Vigevano, Milan and the rest of Lombardy are on request. If the place is outside the area, ask anyway: it depends on the date, not on the distance itself.
Worth saying plainly, because "province of Pavia" is larger on a map than it sounds: end to end is close to two hours, and not every night sits in the same radius. What we look at is not the mileage though, it is the calendar: a free date carries a trip that a full one does not. Which is why the first question is always when, and only then where.

A mobile bar in Pavia: what arrives and who builds it
A complete counter arrives: ice, glassware, equipment and two bartenders who stay behind it all night. We never just ship equipment, because a bar with nobody behind it is a table with bottles on it.
Setting up and packing down are ours. We arrive early, build, work and at the end we take everything away: the place goes back to how it was. To build it we use what is already on site, power and water, and nothing else dedicated.
The menu is written with you: three to six drinks, named after the occasion, tasted before the date. There is no price list because no two nights are the same; we work per head or flat and we answer the same day.
