What it costs
There is no price list: it depends on how many of you there are, how long the bar stays open and where it goes. We work per head or flat, and we say so up front.

A private party organises itself up to a point, and that point is almost always the drinks. Food gets ordered, music gets put on, but drinks need somebody behind a counter all evening. Usually that somebody is the person who organised the party, who therefore misses it.
It is why a birthday at home, a graduation or an anniversary changes completely with two bartenders on the bar: not because of the standard of the drinks, but because the person celebrating gets to be a guest again. You do not buy glassware you will use once, you do not make ice two days ahead, and at the end of the night there is no bar to dismantle - setting up and packing down are ours.
A bar at home, in a courtyard or in a farmhouse
A house is not a venue, and that is the part that surprises people organising for the first time. In a venue the bar already exists; at home it has to be built, and built somewhere that normally does something else.
The useful thing to look at first is the route: where guests come in, where they will naturally stop, and whether the bar sits on that route or blocks it. A courtyard or a garden solves this on its own because the space is open; a living room asks for a more careful choice.
On our side nothing needs installing: we work with the power and water already on site, and the bar goes where it is needed. House, garden, courtyard, vineyard or farmhouse change little for us and a lot for the party.
What stays yours are the parts that belong to the place: warning the neighbours if the music runs past a certain hour, working out where guests park, deciding whether you are inside or outside if it rains. The bar is not one of them: it arrives built by us and leaves with us, and there is nothing to tidy up the next morning.

These are the two questions we actually need, and the two that move the quote.
Under fifty guests a party behaves like a long dinner: orders are spread out and the bar never queues. Between fifty and a hundred the peaks appear, usually on arrival and after the toast. Past a hundred the peaks are the normal state and what matters most is how many hours the bar stays open. We work from a small group up to more than two hundred people.
There is no price list: we work per head or flat, and the quote is built from how many of you there are, how long it runs, the menu and where the bar goes. If the party is a wedding, the right page is wedding mobile bar; if it is a work occasion, corporate events.

Do you need power or water?
Whatever is already on site is enough: we do not ask for a dedicated hookup. Ice, glassware and equipment come with us, so the place needs to provide nothing except the room for the counter.
How is the drinks menu chosen?
We write it with you: three to six drinks, named after the occasion. They are tasted before the date, so there are no surprises on the night.
