Corporate events that land well almost always share a shape: a short formal part and a long informal one. The bar runs the second, and the second is what people remember.
A company aperitivo is short and its audience only half knows each other: the counter exists to give people a reason to move and talk to somebody from another team. A launch has one precise moment when everyone looks the same way, and service has to stop there and restart straight after. An end-of-year party is the longest of the three and the least predictable: it starts formal and ends as a party.
Three different nights, one counter, two bartenders and a menu of three to six drinks agreed in advance. We arrive, build, work and pack down: nobody on your team has to stay past the end.
One thing worth budgeting for: at corporate events attendance almost never matches accepted invitations, and the gap runs in both directions. Give us the number you actually expect rather than the one on the list: that is what we size against.

The constraint to check is always the same and is usually already solved: we work with the power and water already on site. An office has enough; a rented outdoor space is a question for whoever is renting it to you, and one worth asking before signing rather than after.

The practical difference between a private and a corporate event is not the bar: it is who signs. A private client decides and that is that; in a company the spend almost always goes through finance, and what that step needs is paperwork, not reassurance.
Invoice, HACCP paperwork and insurance are available on request, and our staff is HACCP trained. Ask for them when we set the date: they are the part that slows an order down if left to the end, and cost nothing if handled at the start.
On the quote there is no price list, because no two nights are the same: we work per head or flat. Tell us the date, the place and the number of people and we answer the same day, which is usually what it takes to get an internal approval moving.
