Privacy notice

This site sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no social media pixel and no third-party tracking of any kind. That is why you see no consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.
Who processes your data
The data controller is Switchers, a mobile bar based in Pavia, Italy. For anything concerning your data, write to info@switchers.events.
What we collect
| Data | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| IP address, browser type, page requested, referring site, date and time | Automatically, on every visit, in the web server logs | Server security and aggregate visit statistics |
| Name, phone number, email address and the content of your message | Only if you contact us, via WhatsApp, email or Instagram | Answering your enquiry and arranging the event |
Legal basis
- Server logs — legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working, and in understanding how many people visit (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The statistics are aggregate: we count how many visits there were, not who made them.
- Messages you send us — pre-contractual and contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
- Server logs: roughly 90 days, then automatically overwritten.
- Messages and contact details: as long as needed to reply and, if the event goes ahead, for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or pass your data to anyone for marketing. We rely only on the providers needed to run the service:
- Hetzner Online GmbH — the server hosting this site is in Finland, within the European Union.
- Meta Platforms — if you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, that conversation is also subject to Meta’s own privacy policies, over which we have no control.
Your rights
At any time you may request access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Write to info@switchers.events and we will respond. If you believe your data is being handled improperly you may complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Changes
If we change how we handle data we will update this page and the date at the top.
