A format is a rule everyone in the room agrees to play by.
We write one night at a time and archive it as a volume: the rule, the venue, the date, what happened. Nothing gets repeated identically — the archive is the point.

How much does a mobile bar cost for a wedding or a party?
There is no price list, because no two nights are the same. The quote depends on how many of you there are, how long the bar stays open, the menu we choose together and where the counter goes. We work per person or at a flat rate. Tell us the date, the place and the number of guests: we answer the same day.
Where do you work?
Pavia and its province. Vigevano, Milan and the rest of Lombardy on request. If the venue is further out, ask anyway: it depends on the date.
What exactly do you bring?
Counter, ice, glassware and equipment, with two bartenders behind it. Setup and teardown are ours: we arrive early, build the bar, and take it down at the end.
Do you need power or water?
We work with the power and water already on site. House, garden, courtyard or vineyard: the counter goes where you need it.
How is the drink menu chosen?
We write it with you: three to six drinks, named after the occasion. You taste them before the date, so there are no surprises on the night.
Do you work with companies? Do you invoice?
Yes. Aperitivi, launches and end-of-year parties. Invoice, HACCP paperwork and insurance on request. Our staff is HACCP trained.
How many guests do you work for?
From a small group at home to more than two hundred people. The form below has four bands: under 50, 50–100, 100–200, 200+.
What are the Nights?
Our own formats, written one night at a time and hosted in the city's venues. Vol. 001 was the Traffic Light Party at Alquimia Bar in Pavia, on 8 July. Vol. 002 is in progress. If you run a venue, we design the night together, from concept to door.
